Layout and Control of the Stable Device on Large Opening Hanging Scaffold

In this paper, according to the analysis of the lifting force of the suspension beam, the problem that the traditional beam⁃type or tire⁃type stabilizer is unfavorable to the deformation and instability of the hanging plate due to the increase of the tension force of the stability rope in the large⁃scale carousel of the deep well. An optimized plan for the symmetrical arrangement of the two⁃way suspension girders. For the problem that the movement of the stable device is not synchronized, the eccentricity of the disk surface is easy to cause the hanging pipe and the control is difficult, a set of hydraulic transmission control scheme that is simple, effective, and feasible is applied to different production conditions.Finally,using ANSYS analysis and the comparison of the tire stabilizer arrangement schemes with single⁃sided arrangement and double⁃sided arrangement are carried out.The result shows that two⁃way symmetrical arrangement can improve the force of the disk and beam significantly.It is considered to be worth promoting.

Improvement on the Coupling Method for Rock Ultrasonic Probetoa Test Piece

        A brief description of using ultrasonic was given to test loosened rock circles and the existing problems were discussed such as uphole, suction expansion hole and water leakage hole presented in the water coupling testing through the analysis of the mechanism of probe coupling based on the ultrasonic reflectivity theory. It was compared and analyzed that the method of sealing water injection, coupling methods of cream coupling agent, capsule ultrasonic probe and a new coupling method of three-capsule ultrasonic probe was proposed and it was successfully used in the engineering applications for Pingshuo coal industry limited liability company, China. The result showed that this method was simple, convenient and feasible.

Analysis of Hanging Scaffold in Vertical Shaft Construction by ANSYS

Taking ventilation shaft lining of Wujia Mao mine in Shanxi province as a research object, the design of the hanging plate's beams by the layout of constructing equipments was done. Using the ANSYS software to establish 3D model of the hanging plate, after conducting constraint and load, solving in ANSYS solver, and using Mises yield criterion, the equivalent stress distribution was obtained. Its force nephogram and displacement changes showed that the stress of the plate, and the deflection of the hanging plate. Based on displacement change of hanging point in case of grab loader working and no-load, the results show that hanging scaffold would vibrate with 0.25 m vibration amplitude.

The Optimization for Grouting Hole of Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Stent

Concrete-filled steel tubular stent which owns good mechanical properties and good economic benefit has been a new the roadway supporting materials. However, grouting hole cracked in some use, weakening the support performance seriously. Numerical simulation is applied to analyze the structure of the stent that has cracked, finding cracking is mainly due to stress concentration of the hole edge, and determining the preferred position of grouting hole, it can reduce the probability of cracking on grouting holes radically, ensuring the stability of concrete-filled steel tubular stent, and the analysis has general applicability, the application of Xinzhi further demonstrates the rationality of this method.

FTA Based on Triangular Fuzzy Number for Roadheader

Large modern mechanical equipment has become an important factor in determining the productivity and security of a mine. Roadheaders have become the most common tools during digging a long tunnel. However, frequent fault that is imperceptible limit to maximize its performance. FTA based on triangular fuzzy number was applied to analyze the fault of the roadheader of Hongyang mine 3 of Shenyang Coal Trade Group, the probability distribution of the fault of a roadheader and coefficient of fuzzy probability important degree of basic events was got, then the more special precaution and repair could be applied.
